Audio Air Mastering uses an intuitive approach to the art of mastering, in respect of the sound-work already done by the musicians, engineers and producers. Spotting things to adjust /clean up, is the main path to improve audio, as seen by Audio Air Mastering.
Sound adjustments are done in the analog domain, using top quality processors adding warmth and “glue” to your track.
If needed, the final stereo and image corrections are processed digitally through a T.C. Electronic Mastering processor.
An all digital mastering is also offered, as are mastering from other sources: 1/4” tape, cassettes, vinyl and DAT.
Audio Air Mastering seeks to produce a clear sound with a hugh tone, preserve the dynamics and to enhance the overall mix of the track.
Maximum loudness is not a “number one goal” during a mastering session at Audio Air, but can be obtained if desired.
Stem-mastering with up to 4 stereo tracks is possible.
